When do you receive the print credit for referring friends?
There are several reasons as to why print credit may not have been awarded or disallowed.
It’s possible that the person you referred has not purchased anything yet.
It is also possible that they did make a purchase but the print credit was disallowed because their details matched details previously used to make purchases with us.
