Find out how you can accept a new project proposal.
There are a few ways you can accept a new proposal:
Method 1: Through the ‘Home’ feed
Click on ‘Home’ to navigate to your home dashboard and feed.
Once you receive a project proposal you’ll be able to see it here in your feed which shows you all your recent activity.
Hover over the proposal and you’ll see 3 buttons show up at the bottom of the proposal – ‘Reply’, ‘Accept job’, or ‘Decline job’.
Click on ‘Accept job’ to accept the proposal.
Method 2: Through ‘Activity’
If you have lots of project proposals and a lot of activity going on in your feed, you can use this method to find a new proposal quickly.
Click on ‘Home’ to navigate to your home dashboard. Click on ‘Activity’ at the top left of your dashboard and then select ‘Project Proposals’ to list all your project proposals.
Hover over the proposal you’d like to accept and you’ll see 3 buttons show up at the bottom of the proposal – ‘Reply’, ‘Accept job’, or ‘Decline job’.
Click on ‘Accept job’ to accept the proposal.
Method 3: Through ‘Contacts’
When a new proposal comes in, your potential client will also appear under ‘Contacts’ in the right-hand side menu in your ‘Home’ dashboard
Click on ‘Contacts’ to reveal a dropdown where you’ll see a list of names of collaborators, talent, and clients. Then click on the client’s name and this will take you directly to your conversation with them and any proposals they have sent you.
Hover over the proposal and you’ll see 3 buttons show up at the bottom of the proposal – ‘Reply’, ‘Accept job’, or ‘Decline job’.
Click on ‘Accept job’ to accept the proposal.
