Find out how you can talk to a potential client if they’ve proposed a project.

What is a project proposal?

To find out what a project proposal is, click here.

Where can I see a project proposal?

Once you receive a project proposal, you’ll be able to see it in your feed on your ‘Home’ dashboard. Hover over the proposal to see the options to reply, accept job, or decline job.

Before you accept or decline, you can reply to the potential client to ask more questions. A list of ‘Suggested questions’ will appear to help you with this if needed.

How can I reply?

To reply, hover over the proposal and click ‘Reply’. This will begin a conversation between you and the client.

If you decide to accept the proposal, the client will then need to give the go ahead and then a shared folder will automatically be set up between you both. This will appear under ‘Projects’.

Once you accept a proposal, your new client will also appear under ‘Contacts’ in the right-hand side menu.

Click here to reveal a dropdown, where you’ll see a list of names of collaborators, talent, and clients. Then click on the client’s name and this will take you to the existing conversation, where you can communicate about your new project.
